Racing World’s award winning Daily Bite series was created in 2010 specifically with the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival in mind. Headed by the remarkable $6 million Emirates Melbourne Cup, Australia’s strongest racing region features 14 Group 1 races from the start of October through middle of November, attracting horses from around the world.
